8N Hydraulic failure

Does anyone have any advise for this problem???
Implement lift has been working fine 2 yrs. Lifted gannon the other day and drove 50 feet and it lowered to ground. Now won't lift. Tractor shakes slightly while trying. Removed gannon and stood on lift bars and it will lift my 200 lbs.
What would you check first, cylinder O-rings and parts under seat or pump pressure if possible, Etc. Have no experiance with these hydraulics at all!!!!!

Hopefully you just blew a gasket. There are at least 5 areas that a gasket can blow in. 2 on the pump, 1, where the pump bolts on to tractor. 1 on top of housing where quadrant bolts on and 1 where cylinder bolts to top housing.
