Question
I was using my 3 point with an auger last weekend this weekend I went to use the auger and the 3 point will not lift.
Where should I start it is full of fluid

See tip # 16. Make sure you have a heavy load on it, like the auger. Post back w/ what you see in there.

Move the touch control lever and make sure the control rod moves and is attached to the pump.

What JMOR said, makes using an auger with an 8N a bit of a pain as the auger has to be spinning to raise the hydraulics unless you take the PTO connection loose each time.

I am such a dummy I have owned this tractor for years I brain faded and didn't think about turning on the PTO. No excuse have been working for John Deere for years with live ptos and just forgot
