9n rear tires

According to the I&T shop manual my early 9n should have 8x32 rear tires. I am trying to get the tractor back to original(ish). I cant seem to find the wheels and the local implement parts dealer gave me a funny look. Am I going to be able to find these wheels. New or used or am I going to have to settle for the 10x28s?

I really doubt you will find them new. or if you do.. they won't be regualr ford rims, and you might have to torch them.

more importantly.. if you don't have the 32" centers you will also be in for some work.

You CAN still get the tires.. but will cost you.

You likely can find used rims and centers in the usual for sale sites and auction sites.. just keep in mind you are buying no longer available equipment and will pay for it!

32" wheel centers and rims are only avail used. Ebay or salvage yards or used parts sources. 32" tires and tubes are avail new.

Don't know what year 9n you have but.....Ford went to a 9x28 rim with a 10x28 tire in late 1940.So what's your serial number? don b1
