9N tire chains

After casually inquiring at the local NAPA store about what a pair of semi truck(single) tire chains(not cable type) go for new($400+),I thought it would be wise to check and see what ideas the 9N brain trust has about where to source a set of chains to use on my 9N ag. tires in winter when plowing (w/back blade)steep, snow covered pavement.I've repaired several sets of chains so replacing cross links is not a problem. Is there an affordable starting set to modify to fit 9N tires? Also, what type of cross links work best with the "grousers" on ag tires?

Check Out Tirechains.com ,,,,, got my double rings for $180 ..... perfect for what I need.... A little more then Ladders but less then Duo's.....

Reread your post..... Double rings are no good for pavement..... Check out the chart they have, lay's out what works best for different surfaces pretty well..... Just some more options....

My TSC doesn't have them. Told they were out of season???? Found the local ford tractor dealer had one. He found another dealer in New York with only one also (I am in KS) going to be $400. Hope the last my life time.

Thanks to all for the info. The tires are 12.4 x 28 and new. TSC and tirechains.com are great resources for comparison and prices. It appears TSC does not have Oregon or Washington stores however.
Ya'll have a great new year!
