Anyone have any info on an AC 160 tractor? Saw one last weekend. It had a Perkins 3 cylinder diesel engine in it. I checked the serial number chart on this website and they don't list that model. I assume it is a smaller tractor than the 170, 180, 190 series. I'm guessing not many made.

The 160 is a Renault tractor built in France and sold through Allis Chalmers. Allis was just the distriburtor for this tractor.
It was around 40hp with a perkins diesel.
I don't know how much Allis had to do with the design of the tractor.

It's about 45 horse. Spent a many of a hour on one. We pulled a 6 row no till planter, grain trailers, haybalers. My neighbor pulls his new round bale with it also. I think it was the best out of the allis in that series of tractors.

I HAVE A 160 LIKE VERY MUCH,BUT HAVING HYD PROBLEMS.IT WON'T LIFT,NEW PUMP DID'NT HELP O-RINGS REPLACE ANY SUGGESTION BE HELPFUL

my dad bought a combine off of a guy who has a 160 and the guy's son was plowing with and it was pulling 3 12s or 14 i'm not sure but he said it was a good little tractor
