AC 7040 pump timing

wondering what fuel injection pump timing is supposed to be on a AC 7040. Any expiriences with better starting would be helpful too. thanks. 605-670-6404

my book says 16btdc make sure it is cranking fast! check cables batts and starter. check to see if it is smokeing when cranking maybe fuel is leaking back. nozzels and valve adjustment may be in order they were never the best starting
