I have a number 5 mower mounted to my
Allis Chalmers B tractor. I have broken
the part that attaches the pitman arm to
the drive shaft it is part number 802125.
It has the two pins that the pitman arm
attaches to and one of the pins has
broken and it is non usable. Anyone have
one anyone, know where I could purchase
one, well how do I repair it? Operation
of the mower is done until I get this
part. My question is a side of this part
it has to do with the hydraulics on the
BC CA mower number 5. On my tractor the
cylinder needs to mount to the frame and
have a longer hose to attach to the pump.
I have done so. When using the plow with
the tractor the cylinder and hydraulics
pick the plow up at the end of the field
to drop the plow down the mower it does
not move. Either my hydraulic won't work
that far or the angle and steepness of
the push and the process it does is far
too great for the pump or pump is worn
out. I would think that the pump is fine
if it picks a heavier plow up but I don't
know I have no way of testing and I have
no ideas. Any help and all help would be
great I would like to continue moving
forward I mowing hay but at this point
I'm at a standstill. If you need to ask
questions please ask if you need more
help and more information please ask I
will do what I can to help because I
would like to get this operational,
thanks.
