i am totally not familiar with ac. however, i am looking at a d14 with new tires, 3 pt, wide front, owner says it runs good but starter is bad, tin work is good. everything looks seems ok. are there an unique things i should look for?? what is the hp of this tractor?? thanks for your help

about 35 HP. see that it does not jump out of third gear and shifts easy. Normal things like no water in the motor oil. Does the hydraulics work smooth... no real known problmes other than jumping 3rd gear- sometimes.

drive it around and check the two speed hand clutch, make sure it stays in both ranges
