adjusting spin out wheels

1265 oliver rear 13.6 X 28 spinout wheel becomes loose after tighting and runnning the tractor a short distance. I can tell when it becomes loose because of a loud popping sound. What can I do to stop this from happening. The rails on the spin out show sings of wear.

Not sure on those, but usually on spin outs, there's a big nut that you turn to tighten them down on to the rail.

That's the Type B with the jack screw. Many smaller tractors used the type A with eccentric pin locks. Sometimes the eccentric block cracks and won't lock to the rail.
