pulled at Princeton today didnt do very good 4500-5500 3mph.had tractor weighted right what air pressure should i be running ?

It's hard to give you an answer to a question with so many variables. What size tire? Rim width? Brand/tire model? Even the length of the sled chain can make a difference because a long chain won't load the tractor as much as a short chain. Mike

i keep about 8lbs.of air pressure.if you can, have someone watch the bottom of your tires as you pull.the tires should just start to wrinkle.good luck!

Johns sled puts a lot of of down presure on tires. I run 1 to 2 pounds more then on most sleds. The competion was tough there yesterday so if you where close to the top pullers you where proably doing OK.
