I have ALC doorbell and sd card went bad. That card has 2 files on it you need for doorbell to work 100%. Apparently they have gone out of business I can't contact them any way to get those 2 files. If anyone has a ALC doorbell and could copy those 2 files for me it will be appreciated. Leo
