(quoted from post at 18:05:06 06/06/10) Oh and by the way. Smart guy,,,,
If you put that engine infront of that clutch your gonna explode it when you pull it. I should sue you if you put it in for knowing it wasnt up to par!
If you put it in there,,, it will explode.
I dont know why that clutch is like that, but I told Bill that,,, and he said do it anyways.
Well I used a 1/4 inch ratchet on that bolt, guess what, SNAP!
I knew you would pull it apart because the clutch did not work upon assembly!
Being 5am installing that into the chassis, and knowing you were comming at 12 noon, but dont you say I never warned Bill beforehand.
And you guys are gonna put this infront of a crowd of people??????
That clutch barely handled the 58hp it dynoed at, and now that engine will be 100 plus and the same, used bolts, the same bolts that broke off with a 1/4 drive ratchet!!!!!
Tell your lawyer that while your at it. Or better yet, Ill find a video of a tractor/flywheel explosion and Ill show the judge, and the pressure plate, I showed your dad he should use.
I just saved a crowd of people if you heed this.
You best be finding something else or I will be talking to the sherriff at the next pull to stop you before it hooks up to the boat.
Bills old engine was full of dirt! More than the new one may have had. 5500 hours, dirt on the piston heads so thick it was lifting the head up.

(quoted from post at 19:28:07 06/07/10) Allen, Bill, I will refund you the full $2500 paid to the shop.
Also, When the collection for my Dad's memorial was given to my Mom, from the deadweighters, She really appreciated everything they did.
Well, after talking with you and you making the point,,, I have decided to refund that money back to the club as well.
I dont want your fake pitty, If I knew you guys were like this, you would have never made it in the door at the funeral.
Im serious on the flywheel bolts,,,, please do something, and get rid of that chimsey pressure plate. 460 utility was twice the clutch that one is.
But you know it all, so dont do a damn thing.
Like I said, full 2500. If thats not enough, fine.
I put MY puller up for sale.
Shove that up your attorneys you know what.
Don Davis, you owe me 2 core engines. I have BOTH of your cores that were both unusable and boat anchors. If memeory serves me right, we supplied all of the replacement parts on both engines. I kept them just for this occasion. I will stand infront of any jury or my peers and let it be tried.

(quoted from post at 08:09:07 06/08/10) Make a big banner!! Hang it across the street! Highlight the clutch info too, make sure all your groupies see it. Also how about making a copy of the conversation,,, play em over the loud speaker too! Chad
