Allis C steering

The C has some steering play in the tie rod ends as well as the front end and the gear box under the fuel tank. Where would be the easiest place to start. It doesn't do too bad at the slower speeds, but in road gear, it is much worse. They are nice, little tractors. Suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the wheel wobble will come from the slop in the front. If it has not already been done you can help that by removing some or all the shims between the pedestal and top casting. That also would take the least amount of time and bolt removal. Remove the four bolts and jack the front up away from the pedestal, remove the shim or shims and let the front back down and put the bolts back in. Make sure you dont turn the stearing wheel or the front wheels so it goes back in the same tooth.
