My Roosa Master Injection pump went out and had to be rebuild. I pulled the pump along with the Injection nozzles and had the pump rebuild and nozzles checked. One thing i did not do was mark the nozzle as to which cylinder they were in. The nozzles leakes onto the top of the head, i also need to use either to start the engine summer/winter and it is real hard to start. It is acting as if it needs to be bled as if it has air in the injection system. Should i have the copper injector nozzle sleeves replaced and install the old injectors or replace both the sleeves and injectors

it should not matter wich hole you put the injectors back into. Did you have the injectors cleaned when you tested them? what is leaking fuel or anti freeze? for the hard starting if the fuel system has tested out, you probably have a compression problem. If the copper sleeves in the head are leaking you will need to pull the head and then you can also see how the pistons and rings look.
