(quoted from post at 15:13:38 09/15/18) Hey Crazy Horse, I?m not fretting about it and my drawers are okay as well, just posting some pics to pass the time of day, I guess if you don?t like the post then don?t bother to comment on it, but the guys choice of colors are tacky as hell, if he had chosen to paint it the correct colors he might get what he?s asking for it or at least close to it, he can paint it any color he wants as far as I?m concerned, but ugly is ugly.....
(quoted from post at 14:29:02 09/15/18) Really, why do people get their drawers in a knot over someone's choice of tractor color? Surely there are other things more important to fret over. Actually, I don't mind the color combo at all but even if I did, who cares?
The correct colors are what he painted.(quoted from post at 17:13:38 09/15/18) he had chosen to paint it the correct colors .....
(quoted from post at 17:59:57 09/15/18) Paint job does not annoy me, I just posted that it?s ugly as
crap, evidently my post of an ugly tractor seems to rile some
feathers here, no worries though , I won?t post again as I?m
getting out of old vintage iron. I?ve other interest in life too
besides old tractors of which I?m fixing to liquidate, looking at
buying a brand new tractor in the next few weeks and going to
sell a John Deere 420W, two Ford 8N?s, a Ford 2N, Ford
5000, Ford 4000, Ford 601, Ford Jubilee, International Cub,
and a Ferguson TO30, wanting a 60+ horsepower tractor with
a frontend loader. With hunting clubs looking for tractors right
now for food plot work I hope to sell several of them ASAP
and in the coming spring part with the rest of them when
gardening season starts and folks get their income tax refunds
back, have enjoyed this forum but it?s time to bow out.....
(quoted from post at 19:58:46 09/15/18) It's his tractor, he can paint it any color he wants.
But he's trying to sell it that way, which detracts from it's value.
Besides the color scheme, he didn't do a very detailed job.
Painted the belts, hoses, steering and shifter boots, exhaust, etc.
What he really did is make the next owner a lot more work to
clean all that paint off so it can be painted correctly.
