Repeating this ,call the county road of maintenance department supervisor in Mississippi that had this. They should be able to give a lot of information about it. Hopefully ! My thoughts

I bought it from a retired MDOT county road maintenance supervisor and he had never seen one before and didn’t have info on the previous owner he bought it from.

I asked where he got it and it’s narrowed down to a small town in NW AL and I hope I can track it down.
