Hi I wondered if anyone had a source to buy front axle boots/seals for a MF 97 FWA , coleman thanks in advance

I could be completely wrong, but i think international tractors had coleman front ends too. I"d try them. At least its one direction to go in. Hope it helps.

No Toby Your not wrong in that line of thinking. I seen IH806 with a coleman under it. I might be wrong on the 806 part but i know it was an IH.

part number 389050R1 price $280 not in stock at my local dealer. I thought they were expensive when I replaced them in my G706, but they weren't that much.

I got a new pair of boots for an 806 mfd last winter from case IH. They had been around for a while but they were available. The cost wasn't good however.

I have always heard that those axles were basically G.I. Surplus, I think. You might try military surplus parts places such as http://www.saturnsurplus.com/.
