B pistons

Does any one know the length of 4.5 std pistons compared to 4.25 (from top to pin)? Could you please tell me if these are too long to put in my unstyled B in place of the 4.25 pistons? Will this work or am I messing up big time??? I want to bore cyl. out to 4.5 because I can't seem to find 4.25 +.09 pistons. Thanks HD

4.5'S WILL WORK FINE IN THE 4.25 BLOCK,WE DO IT ALL THE TIME IN EASTERN,MN.LITTLE MORE VOLUME BEING COMMPRESED=MORE FUEL N MORE BANG.
