I got a flier in the mail with one of those travelling tool trucks coming to town. They advertise Bahco Tools and it says Snap-On under it. Are they made by Snap-On? Never heard of them before.

Bahco is a respected tool manufacturer. Originally based in Sweden IIRC. Has been around for more than 50 years. In The Netherlands, an adjustable wrench is even called a "Bahco"! (See attached link.) I am not linked to this company in any way other than a customer. HTH, Hendrik

About six months ago, my brother bought a bunch of Bahco tools by a traveling salesman and the salesman also told my brother the story about Snap-On owning Bahco. (Actually, the salesman said Bahco owned Snap-On, but whatever) The tools have held up well and appear to be a good quality tool and they are stamped as being USA manufactured. I'm not sure where he'd get warranty work on them, however.
