Belarus Hydrostactic Transmission Add On

I have been hearing of an hydrostatic unit that can be added to Belarus tractor that gives it a greatly reduced reverse speed. Attaches to the transmission housing. Can anyone out there advise me on this

Bolts to the opening on the left side of the gearbox just under the cab door. Called the hydraulic super reducer. There is also a mechanical super reducer, does not give the same amount of super reduction, but is good for snow blower work.
