JUST INHERITED THIS TRACTOR..HAS NOT RUN IN 4-5 YRS. SINCE GRADFATHERS DEATH..NEED ALL HELP CAN GET..PUT BATTERY IN IT..FUEL, CHECKED OIL AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP..AND MOVES..DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE HYDROLICS..LOCATION FOR REFILL..CHECKING LEVELS..OPERATION..AM JUST TRYING TO FIGURE OUT..WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INPUT.

I believe that is the engine #of a 250 Belarus.If it is,its a 2 cylinder air cooled tractor.The hydraulic fill and dipstick are under the operators platform and acessed from the rear of the tractor.
