best engine kit for pulling

What is the best engine kit to put in a farmall M for pulling? Should the pistons be as big as you can get them? I am thinking they should, but I just want to check. What should you do to a M if you want to pull with it, and you want to win? Lets just say for instance, that money isnt an issue. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

First thing do you want 100hp or more as the rule of thumb is first 100hp is easy but from there on it gets pricey. Mite be better to buy one already built for pulling and then go from there. More to pulling than just motor. Tires,rims,lite wt front,wt bar,wheelie stops and the list goes more.
