Best full cut tire for pulling

I'm looking for a good set of full cut 18.4x38 tires to put on a NATPA div 5 tractor. I would prefer a set in excellent condition without the wheels. My question is what is the best brand and cut profile for a 12 mph tractor pulling 6500-7500 lbs? I have seen single cuts, cut and a halfs, double cuts and V cuts. Guys, in your opinion, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each and what would be best for my application? Thanks in advance for all your replies!

I agree with taylor88, I've pulled different tractors over forty years with Armstrong, BFG, deep treads, v-cuts, and found that the Firestone 151 are the best all around tire and I do have a 30 year old set for sale. They hold air without tubes and look pretty good yet.

I have a pair of old safemark tires on my pulling tractor. Before they were cut they pulled pretty good. i would go down the track and spin out. Had them top cut and now i never run out of traction and i have to hang all my weights up front.
