Another possibility is you've reached your limit on blocked senders.
I'm just curious why you are blocking "David Allen" and not blocking "Secretmeet"![]()
I wasn't trying to block David Allen. I had nothing in spam so I just put him in spam so I could show what it does. OK is there a limit on blocked emails? Maybe that is the problem. Could you unblock a few of the oldest blocked senders, then see if you could block a recent sender. Might not solve your problem but might learn how aol works. The block is on the email address. It will not block by email content.different email address.
That's how they operate. They switch addresses, because they know people are blocking. All you're doing is playing "wack-a-mole" trying to hit a moving target.I did unblock a few and the block is now available. All the blocked emails were in spam. Not sure it did any good anyway.
