Bolens G274

I have a Bolens G274 tractor, do not know the mfg, year. I need a manual on the engine which is a 27HP Iseki Model#A3AE1. Any help would be appreciated.

email is [email protected]. Engine will turn over but will not fire. Has sat for about 3and 1/2 years with fuel and all in it since relative died. Cleaned pump and filters and put new diesel in it, but will not fire. Any ideas?
