boring a 282D block

Need some suggestions from anyone who has had a 282 cu deisel block bored out. How big can you go? what sleaves and pistons will work. Thanks

What I did in my 560 is I bought a D301 out of an early 715 combine, this moter looks identical to the 282 and all the parts from the tractor fit on it so it bolts in directly with no modifications and runs about 95 horse. looks factory and runs great, just an idea I thought Id throw out there.

I know of new .060 over D-301 pistons being made to go a little bigger than the stock overbore. ChadS
