It all looks the same except I got a cast land wheel. I see I'm missing some tail wheel parts. Do you think that cast wheel could have been a option? Thanks for the pictures of catalog.

Yes there is a possibility that it may have been an option. Or maybe the original wheel was damaged at some point and one of the previous owners matched up a different wheel? Although I do think it would be more likely that it was a factory option.
