I need to connect a rental property to city water
before I die. This job has to be done before I
kick the bucket, hence the bucket list.
It's next to impossible to talk to the people who
work for American water.
I've called 3 different companies who install
water lines. No one seems to want my job.
I have a basement. I have drilled a hole in the
103 year old concrete block that is hard as
steel.
All I need is someone to trench 45 ft and install
the pipe through the hole and put a ball valve on
the pipe. The city water company will set a meter
(which will cost $1400) and connect to the water
line.
I may have no choice but to dig my own trench
with my terramite and install a pipe and ball
valve.
I plan to buy the best water line. Is 250 psi
pipe the highest rated water line?
What is the best way to attach the pipe to a
brass ball valve?
What brand is the best brass ball valve?
