You're going to need braces where the post meets the sill, particularly on all four corners.

its a work in progress newphew got out of the army a year in iraq 18 mouths in korea in nov so has been doing most of the heavy work seem i not as young as i ues to be and dam if he didn't get a job that pays more then a ham sandwitch

Looks like a good start on a nice pole barn.Looks to be about 24' x 32' I will be building one this this spring/summer.
How did you like installing the steel roof.

You really should get the steel on the walls,thats where the building gets its strength,usually they do at least 3 sides before doing the roof,that could go down in a heavy wind.

the medal was great for puting up 21 foot sheets. the main thing is to make sure the first pices are square and right . of coures it also help to make sure you building is stright to start with. most building in this area the roof is in stalled first then side medal. there is a lot open building in this area for holding hay. this one well have three sides on it. as far a wind about two weaks ago had some 50 mile wind then last tuesday a tornado hit about 5 miles south of me.we had some 70-80 mile hr wind for a short time no power for 14 hr. one one person hurt in my area 20 some home and 30 some barns building down. i was sorta glade it didn't have any sides up tell i get all the bracing in.

I don't mean to be a know it all, but you need sidewall braces and like right now. Also what did you use for header material above door openings? I can't seem to see any type of header there. Good luck and get them braces in today>

Top hand is right! Empty box = cheap cat toy. Our farm cats are indispensable. My father-in-law went for a couple of years without any and there were rats" nests everywhere. We now have two that stay in the shop. No rats, no mice and have seen only 1 snake close to the shop or house and I dispatched it with the hoe.
