canada tractor buying

I want to buy a tractor in Canada and bring it back to the States with my truck and trailer crossing near Winsor ON. if that makes a difference. What problems might I have

Bill of sale with a serial number is always handy.

Tractor and any implements must be CLEAN, no soil or plant matter on it anywhere.

Getting back in the US you will need either a passport or an enhanced driver's license. Michigan just started offering enhanced driver's licenses in June, and when I renewed in July I got one.

I don't know for sure, but there may be a revenue tax to the IRS, but someone else who has done this will know for sure.

As long as it was built in N.America there will be no duty.
