This morning weatherman said 8 to 12 inches of snow 100% chance, 9:00 wetherman said, snow is over..............we got an inch.

This is going to be a long summer! 100% chance is even good enough anymore

I once heard that if you take all of the Weather Forecasters and exchange them with all of the Economic Forecasters they would still have the same accuracy 50/50.

To be a good weatherman or woman. One must first have a nice shinney quarter in hand. Plus work in and office with no windows to look outside and see the rain or snow coming down.
Flip the coin and go with what ever it falls on. Heads = Lots of sunshine this cold winter day. lol
