Is there anyone that sells remanufactured carbs for a 1946 A ? Need one rebuilt and running tired of fighting the two that I already have. Both have been cleaned and rebuilt twice. Please help.

Cleaning & rebuilding only works if done by someone capable, & done properly. Fyi, theres lots of other issues with the tractor that can & do seem like carb issues.

Before you spring big bucks for a rebuild spend 20 bucks for the how-to video by Robert's Carburetor to review your work.

How sure are you that your problems are carb related? Do they go away with a known good carb? Before you spend the money for another carb I would try a known good carb on it. Popinjohn has a good reputation and has been around a long time. I think anything he rebuilds is test run before he ships, but not sure on that. Lots of ignition and valve problems can seem like a bad carb.

Brand new rebuilt motor. Took the carb off the 38 and it started right up and ran great. Its definitely the carb.
