Case 310 basket case... Need Help

I have a 1956 case 310 that has a spun crankshaft and a bad oilpump. Just started tearing down to rebuild and am having trouble finding parts. I am seriously concidering a repower or a doner engine at this point based on unavailability of parts ect. I'm a case novice. What models have the same engine? what models have interchangable engines? Anyone have a donor engine in the Northern Illinois area they would be willing to part with for short of its weight in gold? I'm open to any ideas at this point.

All internal engine parts for the 148 cu. in. should be readily available except for the oil pump. I have read previous posts on this site that an oil pump for a 165 Massey will work.
