case 310 older 6volt runs fine on the level ground but going up hill it cuts out loses power dont know if i need to rebuild carberautor or buy a newe one if so can any one tell me what kind of carb it is thanks

My 310 has the diesel engine but this could apply to yours also. A while back mine started acting as you are describing. I drained all of the fuel and changed filters. When I put the fuel in and started it back up it began running like a new one. Hope this helps.
