Case 530 CK brake lining

Does anyone know what thickness the disc brake linings are when they are new? Repairing my brakes and the drum linings need to be replaced. The discs lining measure about 3/16 thick. Not sure if they need to be replaced or not. The discs are heavily coated in oil. The seals must be bad because with the engine running I was running the tranny through its gears while its on jack stands.
