I was just wondering if a DC-4 Case has live power since it has a hand clutch?

That is exactly correct, the standard had the hand clutch as standard, with foot clutch optional til end of production for the standard, 6spd, model which I believe ended in 67, a year before the 8spd row crop ended production.

Still can! I got a DC4 in the barn that needs attention. Not sure if I'll ever get around to it.
