Case eagle statue

Looking at a case eagle statue, like new condition, its concrete, anyone know how much it would weigh and what its worth, is it original or is it a reproduction? i have heard about both cast and concrete ones, any info would be greatly appreciated.

If it is cement it is FAKE. Case only made them in cast iron & you are starting to see some fake cast iron ones out there so buyer beware. I have two real ones & if you know what to look for it is easy to spot the fakes. Even though I know both of mine a real there is some small differances in both of them. As far as weight, I have never weighed mine but I would guess that the two halves & the base would weigh 425-475 lbs. As far as the value I have owned both of mine for quite some time but I have been told of ones needing paint for 10 - 15K. I did look at one a couple years ago that wasn"t cracked & the guy claimed that it was original paint & he wanted $29,500. When buying I guess the old saying holds true. If it seems like it is to good to be true it probably is. Gerald

Case Old Abe eagle statue. It is at least 5 feet tall. It has seen many years in the weather and we just don't have the time to restore it. Pics show the condition of it. I do have a few more pics. It will only let me post 8. Buyer will be responsible for pickup, shipping company or however they choose to get it.

Thanks for posting the ad CaseDC3. I was hoping to find another Cast iron one. I was high bid at $17,300 on one at auction in Kansas a few years back. They claimed it was original paint but I think it was a repaint from 70 plus years ago. But ether way they refused the bid and no sale it.

This one is at my local auction house where I purchased my Case recently. This is not for sale.

I am putting in a holding tank at my one property. The guy who came out to give me a quote noticed I had a lot of Case tractors. He said he has a large cast original Case Statue. Me being doubtful... I said ....the one that is worth over 10 grand? He shook his head YES. They are out there. You just have to want one really bad. Bill
