case serial number

looking at a case i thought was a vac no vac in serial number like one i had before serial number is c5273315 please help

Its a 1948 and are you sure that the screw isn't covering up the first two letters. If it looks like your previous VAC then thats what it has to be. You can sure tell whether its a VAC SC or DC.

the screw might be covering the first 2 letters. i'm sure it's a vac just didn;t understand the serial number starting with a C_. never thought about the screw. thanks i'll check again
