Just picked up a M and W gov. need to know if i can do anything with it to make it proform better. I"m already using your majic spring

what is the "Magic" Spring? I also have a M&W where did you get it and do you have any pictures.

Got to talk to ChadS. He is how I got my magic spring from. Super strong and a pain to get in to place, but worth it. don't know if it does any thing for m&w's

just buy a spring from Agri Supply or Tractor Supply
that's stronger than the spring in your tractor , you know take your spring with you and compare

3 springs work for 3 different setups. H-350 which is a higher rpm operation, then the M-450, 2 weight, then all M&W 4 weight governors.

The 4 weight governors, need a special length to not over rev, and still idle normally.

H and M spring lengths wont work right, you need a short spring with a slightly weaker tension than the normal magic spring,,, but more tension than the stock spring....
