Apple 15
I chose the attach files paper clip.
Chose the photo library option.
Selected the photo.
At that time at the bottom right the icon with the blue and white setting buttons was poked.
That opens sizing in settings.
I chose small.
Both times they loaded.
Once loaded I hit “insert” and sized to full image.
