Cockshutt parts

Like what parts? Also the 560 tractors all have a Perkins diesel. There are two versions. They are both the same size in displacement. The first one is the L-4 models. The later is the 270 D. I. (Direct injection). That will also make some difference. Now more questions? J.

Like most makes, if you join the "club" and start getting the magazine, you'll find most "wear" items are easy to come up with. My sense of the 560 is that the Perkins engine it has was not one of Perkins's shining moments- but the tractor itself is good.

Well the L-4 engine (early one ) is the Perkins engine that was first used in a farm tractor in North America. It was a very popular engine in Europe. I have seen IH and Fordson tractors with that engine. Trouble is next year the newest ones here will be 50 years old and Cockshutt was the only company to use it in North America.
