Diamond Clear is a concrete sealant. It works good, but does wear off eventually, necessitating recoating in a few years. Clean the concrete well first. Scrubbing and pressure washing will work. steve

Take a look at Dry Lok at Lowest. It is a foundation sealer. It rolls and brushes on like a thick paint and is a light gray color. Not sure how it would be for a floor sealer but one of those garage floor sealers would sure spiff it up too.

Just a warning try a small area and see how slippery it makes it. My wife stained and sealed our front concrete porch. You couldn't step on it you would slip and bust your butt. I'm talking about dry and in bare feet! Might need to add the non-slip stuff to whatever you use. Look at Eagle products they are supposed to be good.

The sealer you use may depend on the finish of the concrete. If it is a broom finish, a sealer won't make it much slipperier than it is already. If it is a troweled smooth finish, you might want to consider something that provides some grip, like Eman suggests. steve
