Jerry. Pull the cooler and if the split is on the bottom coil any GOOD radiator shop should be able to seal up the brake. The one I bought had been repaired sometime in the past. Morgan
 
Thanks, I bought this dyno to be in good working order, however the seller failed to tell me the oil that was drained from the unit all ran out through the cooler. this one has frozen and is damaged beyond repair. I had it shipped to me and you could see the ends of the coils blown out when it arrived here.
