MY 560 KEEPS BLOWING THE HEAD GASKET TOOK HEAD OFF HAD IT MILLED BUT STILL DOING IT BLOCK IS FLAT. ALSO HAS A CHARGER ON IT PUSHING 15 TO 20 POUNDS BOOST 3000 RPMS SHOULD I GO WITH COPPER AND FIRE RING IT OR

I run a 460 with 560 motor bored and balanced and also turbo charged and running 3200RPM and had several head gasket issues. Finally ring grooved the block and put in copper gasket and we ran all season with no issues. I do not baby the motor and have had very tough competition for the little guy and it holds its own with 16.9 38 cut tires on. Migraine

If you haven't already, be sure to chase the threads and possibly add a washer under the head bolts as you may be bottoming the bolts into rusty threads after having the head milled causing the clamping action to be diminished. Lock washers work great as they are small in diameter and a bit thicker than fender washers. Mark
