Cotton twine

I have purchased a complete overhaul kit for
My MF tractor and in the kit there is a length
of cotton twine does anyone know what this
String is used for? My wife said you probably
Use it to hang your self if the over haul doesn't
Work out. The kit is for a Z134 gas eng. Thanks

THAT SO CALLED TWINE IS TO MAKE A SEAL ON THE SIDES OF THE REAR MAIN BEARING CAP. IT IS DRIVEN IN(PACKED VERRY TIGHTLY) ON BOTH SIDES IN THE HOLE THAT IS PROVIDED. A LONG SMALL BOLT OR ROD WORKS VERRY WELL.
