Cross drawbar lock

Where can I find a good lock to keep the drawbar from rolling
on my 3 point? Tsc had one rather cumbersome and not as i
would like. Anyone know of one that locks outside the lift arm
with some sort of lynch pin?

What is the chain hanging the right side with what looks like an oval name tag? Is it supposed to be there?

The chain thing is original to the tractor (came with the drawbar) and locks down the hydralic lever so you don't forget and raise the hydraulics with the stay bars installed.

That's a safety chain to help prevent you from trying to raise the lift arms while you have them tied down with the stay bars.

The item from Red Rock works great unless you want to use stabilizer bars. The unit won't fit over the stabilizer. I ruined one trying to grind it to fit but it was futile.
