Cub throttle issues

So I got the new carb delivered last night and am in the shop about to out it on. I went to adjust the throttle lever all the way back to idle and the lever fought me and felt like it had spring tension bringing the throttle linkage back to about 7/8 position. After inspection I found the governor to be seized up and the movement was only the rod bending and straightening. I don't have a manual yet, but I'm guessing the governor has to come off and at a minimum cleaned and oiled. Can someone post a couple of quick pictures from a manual to show how to remove the Governor please and thank you.

Thank you. Almost looks like I can separate the case from the governor without pulling the governor and having to retire it, maybe.

Usually you can.
It looked possible, however..... My old nemesis RVT showed up and ruined that plan. And then after I wiggled the entire housing out I found out that the problem is the arm on top was rusted onto the pivot shaft. I managed to heat and oil it enough to get it to move back and forth a bit, but knew I hate to get the arm off and clean it and the shaft in order to get it to work smoothly again. Had to lightly tap the arm off, unfortunately it wasn't light enough tapping and now I've got a broken governor arm to deal with too! Ah well, at least I have it apart, the problem found and the solution known.
