Custom Sleeves

I know there are lots of variables and what not. But I am looking to go out of the box. I am looking for custom sleeves around 4 inch id. Maybe quarter inch thick. Probably darton sleeves. I was wondering what you have bought in the past and how much it cost? On a budget and was looking for a ballpark estimate on cost. Thanks for any info you care to share.

sleeve barrel blanks from melling are about 60 dollars a piece . custom sleeves barrel blanks that are machined with steps or oring lands fom melling 165 from darton 155 a piece. that was my last pricing its been a few months.

9 inches long 5 inches od 4 3/4 id . but they can be had in various sizes .

Just threw a rod through the side on my farmall H. Was hopefully going to put 4 inch pistons in it. Anyone done this? How much was the block work? Any words of wisdom?
