Cyclo 400 Planter Seed Flow Monitors

I have an old Cyclo 400 6 row planter and a Seed Flow monitor. What I have discovered is the male connector on the planter has 10 pins and the monitor"s connector has 12 pins. The farmer I bought it from apparently used it this way?? I cannot get it to detect the seeds going through the tubes. I have had the monitor and the seed sensors tested and were working. I took the connectors apart and according to the color codes some do not connect with the correct colors. The monitor can be switched to 4, 6, or 8 rows. Anybody have any advice on these? Thank you for your help.

Good luck, I spent quite a bit of money and never got mine to work. Rewired with new expensive connectors, checked the monitor twice and bought a tool to check the sensors. Gave up and bought a CIH 900. A couple of friends with 400's also tried to get them to work and also gave up.
