D3 yoke

I am looking for a yoke for the trans on my 1978 D3 dozer a 79U ser # anyone know where to look?

See if a Cat dealer or other heavy equipment repair shop has a used one or is part of the used parts network. If they're a member, they can check with other members to see if a used one can be located. Did you price out a new one or see if it's a standard size yoke? Dave

Do you need the actual Y shaped yoke that splines to the input shaft of the transmission or the cross that goes between the two yokes? If you need the cross your best bets will be either a heavy truck parts house that can sometimes match it up or go back to CAT who will definately have it.
If your looking for the actual yoke that splines to the input shaft either CAT or a salvage yard are about your only bets. Good luck.

I am looking for the yoke on the output shaft of the trans connected to the drive shaft that goes to the bevel gear housing.

this summer i priced one from my cat dealer for my d3b--$404--i replaced the universal after market for about $125 plus labor.
